ON THE ACTIVITIES OF COMPANIES AND THE PRINCIPLES OF TAX OPTIMIZATION

Summary 

Actuality.Optimization of taxation for companiesis one of the most important and actual issue. While, this, in turn, provides both the opportunity to reduce costs and the safety of the company's operations. An important criterion for evaluating the effectiveness of a company's management is to plan and execute their operations in order to achieve maximum tax optimization.

The main purpose of company executives is to make a profit. This is due to the fact that the main purpose of the shareholders while  they invest in the company is to receive profit from their own investment, which is reflected in the distribution of dividends as a result of the company's profitable activities. As a rule, the company is obliged to tax liabilities, while minimizing these liabilities is an integral part of the company's management activities.

Tax optimization represents implemeted activities under current legislation for  tax payments reduction, above mentioned is related to maintenance of the most effective schemes for optimizing company performance and taxation to increase commodity cash flow.

Research Purpose. Purpose of the research is to study and evaluate activities designed to optimize the company's operations and taxation to increase commodity cash flow.

Research Methods. The systematic, historical, and logical generalization methods of the research were used while the context of the practical significance of the research problem. Methods of scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis are also used.

Conclusion. The findings and results of the research will help to increase the efficiency of the companies' activities and increase the commodity cash flow, which will have economic consequences for the country's economy.
